Tom Segura is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster. He was born on April 16, 1979 in Cincinnati, Ohio, making him an American by nationality. Segura is of Peruvian and French-Canadian descent, as his mother is from Peru and his father is from Louisiana.
